Organization-managed accounts
If you use BuildTrace through your employer or another organization, your organization controls the account and may have access to data processed through the Services. Contact your organization for information about its privacy practices.

  • Authentication details such as hashed passwords, passkeys, and MFA tokens.

  • Feature usage, configuration changes, and activity in the Services.

1.3 Content and Files

  • Drawings, plans, PDFs, and related files you upload.

  • Support tickets, chat messages, and onboarding communications.
  • Feedback, surveys, and product research participation.
